Doug Wiggin - CEO
Doug has over 25 years of experience in high technology start-ups including executive and senior functional roles in operations management, product development, product management, marketing, customer service and sales. Doug was a member of the management team at Fulcrum Technologies during its IPO on NASDAQ, and as VP Product Development led the technical due diligence during the acquisition of NCompass Labs by Microsoft. Doug holds an MSc degree from Queen’s University.
Neil Branda - CTO and Founder
Dr. Neil Branda is one of Canada's leading scientists and a Tier I Canada Research Chair in Materials Science at Simon Fraser University. Neil has also previously served as executive director of 4D Labs at SFU, a $40 million research centre for advanced materials. Neil received his PhD from MIT.
Jonathan Sargent - VP Technology and Business Development
Dr. Jonathan Sargent has over 17 years of experience developing and marketing cutting-edge materials for the automotive sector. Jonathan developed a number of disruptive products at GE Plastics, SABIC-IP, and Exatec LLC. He also worked in technology transfer at GreenCentre Canada, and as a consultant for the venture capital and materials industries. Jonathan received a PhD in chemistry from USC, an MBA from York University and is a trained GE Six Sigma Black Belt.
Duhane Lam - VP Product Development
Duhane Lam has over 16 years of experience in product development, engineering, and product design, and led the product development and engineering efforts at Angstrom Power, a startup company developing state-of-the-art micro fuel cells. Duhane has also served as a faculty member at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Duhane received his MASc and MBA from Simon Fraser University.

Megan McGinley is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years of financial management and M&A experience in corporate accounting, finance, treasury and tax at MacDonald Dettwiler & Associates, Hudson Resources and West Coast Energy. Megan holds a BCom from the University of Calgary and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.
