Charles Stone

Currently the President and CEO of Eon Consultants, a boutique consulting firm specializing in the early commercialization of green energy technologies, Dr. Stone brings more than 25 years technology, product, and business development experience. Prior to Eon, he was Vice President of R&D and Intellectual Property, a member of the executive management team of Ballard Power Systems, where he was responsible for directing the team that has developed the world's leading fuel cell technology.

Dr. Charles Stone is a world renowned expert in proton exchange membrane fuel cell technology. He began his career with Ballard Power Systems in 1990 as a research scientist after completing his PhD at the University of British Columbia, and two post-docs, one in Switzerland and one in Quebec. Charles has made keynote presentations at virtually all major fuel cell conferences, publishing numerous scientific papers in addition to being an inventor on 15 issued US patents.
